Reiki and Healing
Reiki is a complementary healing modality. Mikao Usui developed Reiki in Japan in the early 1900's. The word Reiki is derived from the Japanese word 'rei' meaning 'universal' and 'ki' meaning the vital energy of all living beings.
Healing Reiki sessions and atunements can help address insomnia, anxiety and depression as well as addiction, nervous system regulation and pain management. Reiki is a supportive partner in any healing process with broad spectrum effects on all levels; physical, emotional and spiritual.
Reiki energy work is not linear and its application is always intended for one's highest healing. During a distance or in person session, channeled Reiki energy flows to exactly where it's needed. In this deeply relaxed state our bodies will naturally begin to heal themselves.
Reiki in Person
Our bodies will naturally begin to heal themselves once fully relaxed. During each 60 minute session I will guide you through a full body relaxation and send Reiki to all major energy centers and meridians. An opportunity to feel yourself in energetic alignment.
In person sessions are a gentle hands on experience, fully clothed, at my studio in Lanesboro, MA

Distance Reiki
In Reiki there is no time, no distance, no separation. Distance Reiki can help clear emotional and physical blocks while helping you to deeply relax. A beautiful way to unwind and prepare for sleep from the comfort of your home.
Each session starts with a guided meditation into a deeply relaxed state. I channel Reiki energy for your highest healing. You may notice sensations, get insights or fall asleep! Once the Reiki is complete, we will have time to talk about how to best integrate your session.

The Ritual ~ Sacred Self Care
The Ritual is my new passion project - a collection of organic oils and salt scrubs for creating daily rituals and making your self-care sacred.
During a period of deep personal growth, followed by pandemic lock downs, I was in need of something I could do for myself, daily, to stay grounded and grateful. I started turning my morning and evening routines into times of focus and intention - creating a ritual out of a daily activity. Applying face or body oil has become an opportunity to take a few deep breaths, ground my energy and say "thank you, I love you" to myself. Practicing gratitude for myself, my skin, my whole being, on a daily basis has been so nourishing.
I make flower powered face oils, salt scrubs and bath soaks. All lovingly hand made with organic ingredients and infused with Reiki for your Highest Good.

Hello and welcome to my practice! Reiki has allowed me get into alignment with my true nature, that is, open to the love that I am. I am a certified third degree reiki practitioner and a life coach (Integrative Nutrition). I'm so delighted to share this amazing healing modality with you.
I started my Reiki practice in February 2020. I've grown tremendously as a human since Reiki became my way of being in the world. I have healed my dis-regulated nervous system after decades in survival mode. I experience peace in my body and life on a whole new level. Reiki is subtle, gentle and powerfully strong at the same time.
When I'm not with clients I am often with my son, enjoying life outdoors in the Berkshires. Recently, I've been formulating face and body oils infused with flowers and Reiki. It is called The Ritual because creating rituals for everyday and finding the sacred in the mundane has been so grounding and nourishing for me.
